Pie Filling

  • 1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
  • 3 egg yolks

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup butter, ,melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • To make the crust mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butte and sugar until well combined. Pour into pie plate, and press firmly against the sides.

  • Bake for 8 minutes, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice and egg yolks until smooth and very well combined.
