Recipe FAQs
To dice a mango simply stand it up lengthwise and take a sharp knife to cut off the flat sides of the mango. You will have two oval pieces of mango with skin on the outside. Score the mango flesh into a checkerboard pattern. Then stand the scored mango on its side and turn it a little inside out so that the mango skin is flat. Cut down the mango skin to separate the skin from the fruit and you will have mango cubes.

There isn’t as big of a difference as you would think. Greek yogurt is strained more times than regular yogurt which removes more of its liquid. This causes it to be thicker but also allows for it to contain more protein than regular yogurt.

This recipe hit it out of the park for my family. We like spicy, so I doubled the recipe and added 2 habanero peppers and 2 jalapeños (deseeded and took off stems). Tastes great with even more ginger added! I have made it twice in two weeks. I can't believe I grew up not eating mango - crazy!
I just made this drink, subbed cashew yogurt for the Greek yogurt as I’m lactose intolerant! Taste delicious!! I’m having tummy issues now and hoping this makes me feel better, it sure tastes good.

Yes that's fine!
I absolutely love this smoothie. I put a little more mango in, maybe 1 3/4 but I’d put maybe another 1/4 cup in. The banana is strong. It’s stull tastes amazing though 😉. I also used half vanilla yogurt and half Greek yogurt. Overall adore this. Than you so much!
Just tried this recipe and it is absolutely phenomenal!
So bright and refreshing, everything is well balanced, very delicious smoothie!
Although Greek yogurt is high in protein, it usually does not contain vitamin D. Vitamin D is added to milk, and along with calcium, very important for bone health in addition to other essential interactions . Great for some recipes, but should not be thought of as a source for vitamin D! Thanks.
