Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mango nectar can substitute a different type of juice such as apple or orange juice
  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • lime slices and mint springs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Place the mango nectar, banana, Greek yogurt and mango chunks in the blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour until 2 glasses and serve, garnished with lime and mint if desired.

Notes

  1. If you want to make your own frozen fruit, simply dice up some mango ahead of time and keep it in the freezer. If you don't have time to make your own, frozen mango can be bought at any grocery store.
  2. Add your mango chunks into the blender while still frozen. That way they blend into a creamy and delicious drink.
  3. For an extra creamy texture peel your banana, cut it into slices and freeze the slices before they go in the blender.
