This mango smoothie is made with frozen mango, yogurt, banana and juice, all blended together into an ultra creamy drink. A super refreshing way to cool off on a warm day.
1 1/2cupsmango nectarcan substitute a different type of juice such as apple or orange juice
1bananacut in half
3/4cupvanilla Greek yogurt
1 1/2cupsfrozen mango chunks
lime slices and mint springs for garnishoptional
Instructions
Place the mango nectar, banana, Greek yogurt and mango chunks in the blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour until 2 glasses and serve, garnished with lime and mint if desired.
Notes
If you want to make your own frozen fruit, simply dice up some mango ahead of time and keep it in the freezer. If you don't have time to make your own, frozen mango can be bought at any grocery store.
Add your mango chunks into the blender while still frozen. That way they blend into a creamy and delicious drink.
For an extra creamy texture peel your banana, cut it into slices and freeze the slices before they go in the blender.
