This dragon fruit smoothie is a creamy blend of banana, dragon fruit, apple juice, Greek yogurt and honey. A delicious breakfast offering that's easy to make and loaded with flavor and color.

1 cup apple juice 1 banana 1½ cups frozen dragon fruit or two 3.5-ounce smoothie packs ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon honey fresh dragon fruit and mint sprigs for garnish optional
Place the apple juice, banana, dragon fruit, yogurt and honey into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve, topped with dragon fruit and mint sprigs if desired.
You can substitute almond milk or coconut milk for the apple juice, or try a different type of juice - pineapple is a great twist!
Many grocery stores carry unsweetened frozen dragon fruit chunks including Target. You can also use smoothie packs of dragon fruit puree.
