Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • cups frozen dragon fruit or two 3.5-ounce smoothie packs
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • fresh dragon fruit and mint sprigs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Place the apple juice, banana, dragon fruit, yogurt and honey into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve, topped with dragon fruit and mint sprigs if desired.

Notes

  1. You can substitute almond milk or coconut milk for the apple juice, or try a different type of juice - pineapple is a great twist!
  2. Many grocery stores carry unsweetened frozen dragon fruit chunks including Target. You can also use smoothie packs of dragon fruit puree.
