Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until melted.
Stir until smooth, then pour over ice cream and enjoy!

Look for jars of coconut oil in your grocery store in the baking aisle.
Feel free to add sprinkles to your ice cream as the magic shell hardens.
You can use a small pitcher or gravy boat to make the liquid easier to pour over your ice cream. You can also spoon your chocolate shell over ice cream.
